Authorized Intuit Commercial Host for QuickBooksIn February of 2010, InsynQ executed an agreement with Intuit to become the first Intuit-authorized QuickBooks Hosting provider. While InsynQ has been operating under agreement with Intuit for the delivery of our QuickBooks Hosting service for the past few years, this new agreement provides for additional benefits in the hosting program and expands our services for managed Hosting for QuickBooks.

One of the most significant elements of the authorized QuickBooks hosting program is our ability to provide Subscription License Rentals for QuickBooks Pro and Premier editions. This means that users no longer have to purchase their QuickBooks licenses first; InsynQ can either provide use of the license under a subscription model, or help you acquire the licenses through Intuit’s National Accounts program.

The InsynQ Hosting service for QuickBooks allows businesses to access their QuickBooks applications and data from any location at any time. InsynQ’s service offers reliable, secure, affordable access to hosted QuickBooks and a wide variety of other applications. Now with our new ability to deliver licensing under a subscription model, users can benefit from always being on the most current version of the application without having to incur the full cost of the software upfront or worry about obtaining the annual software upgrades.

Once a subscriber engages with InsynQ for Hosting services for QuickBooks, Intuit becomes your source of future QuickBooks licensing for that user in the hosted environment.

Businesses are given the option of two service models for QuickBooks licensing in a hosted model:

  1. Licenses are delivered under a subscription service, providing access to the application for the user while the user is in the hosted environment. This delivery gives you the ability to always be at the most current version of the software for a low monthly subscription fee.

  1. Licenses are purchased at a discount through Intuit’s National Accounts, direct sales groups, or via ISP programs.  Purchasing the QuickBooks licenses allows the business to utilize the version of QuickBooks until the standard support from Intuit has ended.
