Software Training and Certification In order to ensure that all participants in the e-Accounting Provider Network have the skills necessary to assist you with your back-office work, we require all Providers to train and certify their accountants, bookkeepers and data entry personnel in the software to be used. Processors must provide certification for all eligible workers.
To support processors using the online services for QuickBooks and Peachtree, we offer processor training and certification programs for QuickBooks and Peachtree. These programs ensures that personnel is adequately trained in the use of the accounting software and systems so that they are able to provide the most efficient, accurate work possible.
The training is provided in an online format, so that your organization can train new employees and refresh knowledge for existing users; streamed in real-time over the Internet. This method provides access to training materials from anywhere you have Internet connectivity.
All testing for certification under this program is provided exclusively within the online e-Accounting environment. This allows us to ensure that the application is functional, eliminating any potential local PC or program problems from interfering with your test. Consequently, you must have an Internet connection in order to successfully run the test company and processes. Dialup Internet service is not recommended.
