represents a strategic alliance of professional service firms and outsource
processing providers - all coming together to develop the technology and
operational standards, workflow and process models, and quality controls and
assurances that are required to deliver the full value, security, and
cost-efficiency the market requires.
The
e-Accounting Advisor Provider Network community represents a supporting service for the
accounting profession - offering reduced costs of processing, improved workflow
models, and applying the technologies and services required to secure and manage
the data. The Provider Network supports the accounting professional with non-competitive
supporting services geared specifically to improve customer service, practice
efficiency, and business profitability.
In order for an outsource
processing organization to be considered "eligible" to receive leads or
referrals from e-Accounting, it must first demonstrate it's abilities or
credentials in the following areas

Business Entity:
Organization name, principle contact information, place of business, tax
registration, entity type and, if application, locale of incorporation.
Demonstrate a credible organization to support
back-office accounting services: Organization must be engaged in providing
professional back-office support (e.g., accounting or bookkeeping
transaction processing and data entry, other transaction processing and data
entry, quality assurance and adherence to generally accepted accounting
principles and standards); organization must be licensed or certified to
perform such business functions (e.g., Chartered Accounting credential, CPA
credential, etc., licensed to provide public accounting services) or be
formally associated with such an organization and directly supporting the
outsource processing services; organization must be certified in the use of
involved accounting applications (e.g., QuickBooks certified, Peachtree
certified, etc.) by credible certifying body.
Organization must support professional
business offices and provide quality, professional working environment for
processors and other personnel.
Organization must have
US-present counterpart through which all engagements, communications, and
support will be delivered through. This counterpart is the interfacing
organization between the e-Accountant and the outsource workgroup.
