The Advisor Provider Network represents a strategic alliance of professional service firms and outsource processing providers - all coming together to develop the technology and operational standards, workflow and process models, and quality controls and assurances that are required to deliver the full value, security, and cost-efficiency the market requires.

The e-Accounting Advisor Provider Network community represents a supporting service for the accounting profession - offering reduced costs of processing, improved workflow models, and applying the technologies and services required to secure and manage the data.  The Provider Network supports the accounting professional with non-competitive supporting services geared specifically to improve customer service, practice efficiency, and business profitability.

In order for an outsource processing organization to be considered "eligible" to receive leads or referrals from e-Accounting, it must first demonstrate it's abilities or credentials in the following areas

  • Demonstrate a credible organization to support back-office accounting services: Organization must be engaged in providing professional back-office support (e.g., accounting or bookkeeping transaction processing and data entry, other transaction processing and data entry, quality assurance and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and standards); organization must be licensed or certified to perform such business functions (e.g., Chartered Accounting credential, CPA credential, etc., licensed to provide public accounting services) or be formally associated with such an organization and directly supporting the outsource processing services; organization must be certified in the use of involved accounting applications (e.g., QuickBooks certified, Peachtree certified, etc.) by credible certifying body.

  • Organization must support professional business offices and provide quality, professional working environment for processors and other personnel.

  • Organization must have US-present counterpart through which all engagements, communications, and support will be delivered through. This counterpart is the interfacing organization between the e-Accountant and the outsource workgroup.
