recently executed an agreement with
Intuit to become one of the first
Intuit-authorized QuickBooks Hosting
providers. While InsynQ has been
operating under agreement with
Intuit for the delivery of our
QuickBooks Hosting service for the
past few years, this new agreement
provides for additional benefits in
the hosting program and expands our
services for managed Hosting for
QuickBooks.
The most significant
addition to the authorized
QuickBooks hosting program is our
new ability for you to subscribe
access to QuickBooks Pro and Premier
software licenses. This means
that users no longer have to
purchase their QuickBooks licenses
first; InsynQ can either provide use
of the license under a subscription
model, or acquire the licenses for
you through Intuit’s National
Accounts program.
The InsynQ
e-Accounting Hosting service for
QuickBooks allows businesses to
access their QuickBooks applications
and data from any location at any
time. InsynQ’s service offers
reliable, secure, affordable access
to hosted QuickBooks and a wide
variety of other applications. Now
with our new ability to deliver
licensing under a subscription
model, users can benefit from always
being on the most current version of
the application without having to
incur the full cost of the software
upfront or worry about obtaining the
annual software upgrades.
Once a subscriber
engages with InsynQ for Hosting
services for QuickBooks, InsynQ
becomes your source of future
QuickBooks licensing for that user
in the hosted environment.
Businesses are given the option of
two service models for QuickBooks
licensing in a hosted model:

delivered under a subscription
service, providing access to
the application for the user
while the user is in the hosted
environment. This delivery gives
you the ability to always be at
the most current version of the
software for a low monthly
subscription fee.
